GENERAL
By accepting the commission it is assumed that the client had read and agrees to the Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission that I deem immoral or find uncomfortable.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission if a situation or client makes me feel uncomfortable.PAYMENTS/EXTRA FEES
Payments are done 50% up front and 50% after the first revision had been sent
RUSH ORDER +20% PER WEEK RUSHED
EXTRA REVISIONS +10% PER REVISION (Maximum 3 extra revisions)
ADDITIONAL CHARACTER(S) +100% PER CHARACTER
You will not receive the final work until the final payment is confirmed.REVISIONS
You will receive your first revision for free and only after the first 50% is paid.
Extra revisions may be purchased however you can only order 3 extra.USE
Commercial use and Monetization use are included in my base price and therefore require NO additional fees.
I reserve the right to add all commissions to my personal portfolio upon completion.
Client cannot resell or redistribute the ownership my artwork.
Client cannot use my work to feed/contribute to the use/training of AI.
Clients cannot remove my watermark or signature from my work.
Client cannot present my work as their own.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All work produced by me is protected by intellectual property laws and will remain the sole property of myself as the creator.
The client has the right to use the work produced by me in accordance with the terms outlined in the order.
The client agrees to credit me as the creator of the work in any use or display of my work.REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued after the first draft has been sent.
Clients who issue sudden, non-agreed-upon chargebacks will be blacklisted.COMMUNICATION
All communication can be done either via VGEN or DISCORD.
If Client does not reply and/or fails to communicate within 2 weeks the commission is considered abandoned/cancelled.
If Client does not make a payment within a week the commission is considered abandoned/cancelled.
